How long will my windshield replacement take?

We usually take around 45 minutes to complete a windshield installation. Windows and window motors and regulators take a little less, while backglasses take the longest to replace. Those can take anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half. The same longer estimated time applies for truck and semi-truck windshields.

Do you offer warranty on your glass replacements?

Absolutely. We offer an indefinite warranty on leaks and issues that result from any of our installations. If you have any issues after our services, give us a call and we can schedule an inspection. If the issue is on us, we’ll fix it and replace free of charge.

Can I just come in or do I have to make an appointment?

You can feel free to call us and say you’ll drop off your vehicle in the morning, but we can’t guarantee we’ll work on it right away. Appointments are scheduled to make sure all of our customers are left satisfied and we don’t make anyone wait a while. If you make an appointment with us over the phone, we guarantee your vehicle will be ready within the hour if you’re scheduled for windshield or window services.

Do you have window tinting services? ¿Ustedes polarizan vidrios de carro?

No.

At this time we don’t offer window tint services, rock chip repair via polishing or resin fill, detailing and polishing, or painting services. We only do full window and windshield replacements, as well as window repair and car unlocking.

Do you accept credit and debit cards or checks? Do you accept Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay?

We only accept cash. For repeat customers and businesses, we make an exception and accept company checks. For trucking companies and transportation services, we make an exception and accept EFS checks and MoneyCodes®.

Do you do military discounts?

Absolutely. We like to honor our troops and the least we can do is offer you a discount for your service to the nation. Call and inquire about the military discount if you’re eligible for one.
